What you get:
When you purchase my three month online training program you get a hands on approach to meeting your goals. When we start we determine what your specific goals are (weight loss, muscle gains, inches lost, endurance, strength etc) as well as look at your current lifestyle and activity level to determine what our starting point is to get you going on the right path.
You will start by sending me all pertinent information including limitations, cravings, and struggles so I can help make a plan that works for you. I will provide a customized training and meal plan created just for you. Everything is done digitally including the initial phone conversation. After the initial plan I ask all my clients to do a once a week email check in with front side and back pictures of themselves, weight and any issues that came up throughout the week.
I will make changes as needed to your plan, either food or training, which typically happen every few weeks.
As far as type of diet I can either create a strict plan where you eat the same things on going or teach you how to track your needed macronutrients, however this is a bit more advance and I usually recommend this down the road.
At the end of three months you have the option of continuing on a month to month basis at the rate of $150/ month.
